Project Goldilocks is a market research publication providing stock and ETF analysis, rankings, and related content across the US, Canada, and India. Every account, including the free trial, gets full access to the entire publication for 7 days, no card required.
Project Goldilocks is an equity research publication. We are not an investment adviser, investment dealer, broker, research analyst or financial planner, and we are not registered in any of those capacities with the Ontario Securities Commission, any other Canadian securities regulator, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, or any other regulator.
Using Project Goldilocks does not create an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and us. We are not your adviser and we owe you no advisory duty.
Everything published on Project Goldilocks — scores, rankings, signals (including Strong Buy, Buy, Watch, Cautious and Avoid), Aggregate Price Target Consensus figures, Alchemist Ranks, written analysis, reports, digests and newsletters — is general commentary made available on the same terms to every subscriber.
It is not tailored to any individual. We do not know and do not assess your financial situation, investment objectives, investment knowledge, time horizon, tax position or risk tolerance. We make no assessment of whether any security is suitable or appropriate for you, and we never will. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to you to buy, sell or hold any security.
Where the service lets you select securities to follow, or filters what you see, that only changes which of our generally published content you see. It does not create content for you personally.
We do not receive any payment, share consideration, or other benefit from any issuer, promoter, underwriter or their agents in exchange for coverage, for a rating, or for a favourable rating. Project Goldilocks is not funded, supported or backed by any investment bank, venture capital firm, private equity firm or financial adviser.
Our only revenue is subscription fees paid by subscribers, and those fees are the same regardless of which securities we cover or how we rate them.
Project Goldilocks or any employee, officer, director or contractor of Project Goldilocks who can influence a score, signal or rank will disclose any holding or trade in a covered security, in a clear and transparent manner.
Our scores, signals, rankings and written analysis are produced by automated systems, including artificial intelligence models, applied to publicly available data. This content is not individually reviewed by a human analyst before publication. Automated systems make mistakes: data may be stale, incomplete, mis-parsed or wrong, and generated text may contain errors. You should independently verify any fact, figure or statement before relying on it.
Figures such as Aggregate Price Target Consensus are estimates derived arithmetically from Financial Modeling Prep's (FMP) publicly available price-target-consensus data feed — a third-party aggregation of Wall Street analysts' published price targets — with a risk adjustment applied by us. They are not forecasts by Project Goldilocks, not promises, not guarantees, and not projections of any return you would achieve. Scores, signals and ranks reflect our assessment of publicly available data at a point in time and change frequently. Past performance does not indicate future results, and we publish no performance or accuracy record for our signals.
All investment decisions are yours alone. Investing involves risk, including the total loss of capital. Before acting on anything you read here, you should conduct your own research and consult a financial adviser, and where relevant a tax adviser, who is registered or licensed in your jurisdiction and who knows your circumstances.
Project Goldilocks is operated from Ontario, Canada. We do not hold any registration or agreement with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a research analyst or investment adviser, or with any SEBI-registered research entity. Subscribers who access Project Goldilocks from India do so understanding that our coverage of NSE/BSE-listed securities is the same general, non-personalized commentary published to every subscriber — not research prepared to meet any Indian regulatory standard, and not a substitute for advice from a SEBI-registered adviser.
After your 7-day trial, continued access requires a paid Premium subscription: $7.99 USD/month or $74.99 USD/year, billed in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via Manage Billing on your Profile page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no partial refund for time already paid for, and no further charges after that date.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or redistribute publication content in bulk, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Accounts found doing so may be suspended or terminated.
How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your account data at any time from your Profile page.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If you have an active paid subscription when you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled and your data is removed once your current billing period ends, so you retain the access you already paid for.
The publication is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any investment losses or decisions made based on content provided through the publication.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have under the mandatory laws of your own place of residence.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
